Call of Duty is a game of first person shooters such as "war" developed by Infinity Ward. The game is the first title in the franchise as well be called with the same name, to be released forseventh generation consoles. The game simulates the infantry combined with the weapons ofthe Second World War. The game is based on the id Tech 3 engine Quake III Arena game. It was released for Microsoft Windows in North America on October 29, 2003, and in Europe onNovember 7, 2003, moving the January 29, 2004, and released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 mediates its online service (Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, respectively) 2 andDecember 3, 2009. An expansion was released for PC, Call of Duty: United Offensive, which was published by Activision and developed by Gray Matter Interactive, with contributions fromPi Studios.
